How does Stannah stairlift rental work?
Renting a stairlift is simple. To take advantage of Stannah’s stairlift rental scheme, we require an upfront payment which covers the cost of the stairlift, the installation and your first months rental payment. Thereafter, for the remainder of your rental, there will be a fixed monthly charge. The minimum rental term is 3 months and you are free to cancel the agreement at any time after this term is complete.

When will my stairlift be ready for installation?
Delivery of your stairlift will depend on the type of stairlift you have ordered. Currently, our lead time for the manufacture and installation of a stairlift for straight stairs is 10 - 14 working days from receipt of the order. For a stairlift for stairs with turns, delivery will be around 4 weeks from receipt of the order. You can find out more information on our installations page.
Is the stairlift noisy?
Stannah stairlifts are very quiet as they have a battery powered motor, which also ensures a smooth and comfortable ride on your staircase.
