Joseph Stannah set up business in Bankside, London, making cranes and hoists to move heavy goods safely around the bustling docks of the industrial revolution. Focused on those same principles of quality and service, Stannah is still a family owned and run business, now proudly helmed by a fifth generation – Jon, Patrick, Nick, Alastair and Helen.
