Dr Punam Krishan
Dr Punam is an NHS GP, broadcaster, author, Mum, and now Stannah's new Health Expert, helping us answer all your health-related queries.
You might also recognise her from BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. In 2024 she partnered with professional dancer Gorka Márquez and made it to the eleventh week of the competition. Her couple’s choice traditional Bollywood routine, was seen as a huge moment for cultural visibility and brought Bollywood to the ballroom for the first time.

Stannah’s family psychotherapist, Anjula Mutanda, is a renowned relationship psychologist, clinical therapist, media contributor, and passionate advocate for mental health and diversity.

Mark Lane
Mark Lane, Stannah’s Gardening Expert, multitalented gardening expert and author, he’s widely known for presenting BBC Morning Live and BBC Gardener’s World. His career took an unexpected turn when following a car accident in 2001 and a lengthy rehabilitation, Mark who has always loved gardening, sets up his own garden design business.
Val Stones
Val Stones, our baking expert, loves cooking and baking. She became widely popular when in 2016 she took part in series seven of "The Great British Bake Off".
With her lively personality, she won over the audience's heart and saw her Instagram followers increase by thousands! She’s been cooking since she was six years old and she took over the family business at the age of fifteen.

Jo Hemmings is Stannah’s expert psychologist. Jo has a wealth of experience in behavioural psychology and is a registered member of the British Psychological Society as well as in other accredited professional psychology bodies.

Vaila Morrison
Vaila Morrison is our insightful inclusive design expert. She is an architect focused on sustainable and accessible design. She’s also the mum and a carer to her daughter with a rare genetic condition (KAT6A Syndrome). Her perspective on accessible design has altered as a result of being the parent of a child with physical and sensory access needs, making any design flaws more obvious in day-to-day living.
Kate Sheehan
Kate Sheehan is our treasured occupational therapist from The OT Service. She has over 30 years of practice and over those years, she has offered business and clinical support to not just individuals but to local authorities and various companies.
